I've found fairly decent rye at European Gourmet in Arvada. We usually wrap it up in foil and bake it for a few extra minutes for a crispy crust. I'm still searching for a decent marble rye!

Something Blue Bakery is reasonable (and delicious) depending on what design you like. A round cake I think was between $35-55 depending on size and decorations. They respond to emails fast too.
