My cousin is Kevin Swan. He's an ophthalmologist in the same practice as Dr. Bohn and Dr. Joseph, and he's also a corneal specialist. But not sure if he would have an opening as soon as you need.

...He is an optometrist. Recently had a fairly serious issue, I returned to Dr. Cheryl Neu (pronounced Nye")@Azar Eye clinic on St. Landry across from Old Lourdes. Both Dr. Azar(s) are also very good. Recently heard someone speak very highly of Dr. Susan Azar and the other one( can't remember his first name) did a good job on my LASIK years ago.

Get a good Dr. for your eyes, I go to Young Eye Clinic in Abbeville....they check you for EVERYTHING. Then get your prescript and go to the place in Laf. next to Buffalo Wild Wings and get your glasses, two pairs your choice. People are very nice and didn't take long, walked out with two pair that day!! No expensive glasses and no wait!
