Went to Corona Del Mar last week to look at kitchen cabinets available in a 1940's 857 sqft house on a small lot. Waiting for the owner we did a Redfin search. It was 2 blocks from the ocean between PCH and the water. It was a tear down and sold for an insane $1,94500.00 in May. IT WAS A TEARDOWN on about a 2,500 sq ft lot. INSANE
