I second The Starting Gate - my three year old attended last year and is there full time this year and he loves it. My older son also attended the summer program and they both loved it. The staff there is so caring and my son is learning so much while having fun doing it. They are also very affordable. I'll second Canine Concierge!! Mary is terrific! My Cinnamon is there right now playing with her puppy friends and she loves it!! She stayed there for the Thanksgiving holiday, too -- definitely recommend them!!!
