Back in 1980, had a body shop that was recommended by Insurance Co. work on my 1 yr old Volvo. The body work came out perfect but after driving a few miles out from their shop, my transmission was shot & I noticed the odometer having 500+ miles. When I returned back to their shop, they denied any blame which was nuts, so I turned it over to my Attorney who had to work out a settlement with their Ins. Co. Report them to the Police Dept along with The Better Business Bureau.

Attorney GenerAls office. Better yet threaten to post all over yelp Facebook etc if he doesn't pay you. Ask for $500 and negotiate to $300. He'll end up feeling lucky
