Dr George in Gardens is wonderful. With Ellie we found limiting her dairy intake is the key. No milk, yogurt, or ice cream. She can have a bit of cheese but that's it! Also, hydrocortisone cream when it start and we have a rx called mometesone (sp?) when it's bad like that.
Michele M. replied:
Try an allergist... Dr. Gonzalez is amazing! Julian had some weird skin thing a couple years ago and he cleared it right up. Dermo was not at all helpful.

Another vote for Just For Kids Pediatrics right by the new hospital. Love that they have separated sick and well waiting room spaces. Very kid friendly decor throughout with different themes in each exam room. Doctors and staff are friendly. Sick appointments have never been an issue.

Susan Shamaskin was our doc when we lived in Wellington. She is the smartest and most resourceful. Her special thing was that she devised a special diaper rash stuff that worked on my boys when absolutely nothing else did, and she was the only doc who prescribed it. Baby tushy saver. I loved her and hated to leave her when we moved.

Dr. Romear infants and children
Liz D. replied:
We went to Pediatric Associates once and were extremely unimpressed with the way that things were handled. I think we were most annoyed by the wait times as well as the fact that sick and well children all sat in the same waiting room at the same time. At cornerstone pediatrics they have one separate waiting room for children who are sick and another for those who are well. Greatly reduces the chances of your child to getting sick While going in for a well visit
