I'm glad you're going to give acupuncture a whirl. I'll be anxious to hear how it goes. My beautician takes yoga at Goya Health in Energy and it has helped her in a lot of ways. I think they also do Reiki...I'm checking it out tmro.

There is a little book out there call Simple Pleasures, has short stories and poems and a few sayings in it. I use to read it at a coffee shop when I would go for a cappuccino and some biscotti. Wonderful little hard back book. If I come across mine I will send it too you. I know you can find it at Barnes and Noble. It will change your outlook on life!
