Helena Klomp Lambert at Remax College Park is MY favorite realtor! She lives in and has worked in Lakewood forever! She's one of those people who tell you what you need to hear...not just what you want to hear. She's ethical, responsible, honest, resp ectful, punctual, knowledgeable, and an overall nice person. I grew up around realtors my whole life. My dad was President of several Boards of Realtors in the 70's/80's and help develop the MLS system. I know what takes to be a great realtor and she's it!

"Big" Chuck Ostgaard. Lived and worked in Lakewood all his life. Knows school, shopping and all forms of entertainment & dinning. We live out of state and he handled our transaction like a finely tuned machine. We did not stress or worry about a thing. We weren't even aware of the "bumps" that always happen till after he had fixed them. Sold on time for much more than expected. I can provide his contact information when you are interested.

Charlie: Can anybody recommend a good, cost effective realtor for a Lakewood house sale?
The 5-6% fees seem excessive for a house that should sell itself.

Cecillia Sherrard ReMax I had multiple agents before I found her. Very quick to respond and knowledgable of the area (I was looking for the same location). Ended up buying in West Park a few weeks ago.

Michelle Anderson From Urban Progressive - I can’t imagine they get better than her.
Almost 10 years ago I used a realtor at Keller Williams to look at and ultimately buy a house. It was a pleasant experience. My realtor was really nice and she did a lot of searching to find houses that fit what I was looking for. I was working nights at the time so really I could only look at houses in the morning since I needed to get some sleep. She was really flexible and worked with that. The woman I worked with no longer works for them, but they seemed to have plenty of nice people around the office when I went to go sign paperwork and whatnot.
