Public Defender if they qualify. This is a pretty simple case that just about any attorney could do as long as they do criminal cases. A free one is even better.

Like everything else in life, you *can* win the case... but still *lose* (because it's going to cost you). It sucks that the "fine" for this is how much you're going to have to pay a good lawyer. That's the real injustice being done here.
