Smart Cuts at the little shopping centre at the bottom of Karingal Dve called Smart Cuts and Colour. They have Mon, Wed and Fri are special 1/2 price days for cuts colours and foils. For instance I had a style cut for $13.50 so even at normal price of $27 it's a great price. I also had full blown purple stripped from my hair and colour corrects there and they were great.
