This doesn't sound like the problem you are having, but thought I'd share anyway. Our furnace was clicking on but then would just shut down. Discovered our flame sensor needed cleaning. It was super easy & our furnace has worked fine ever since I cleaned the sensor. Here's a video that shows what to do. Had the same problem last month. We used Hager Fox because there was a service contract with the previous owners of the house. They came pretty quick! Unfortunately it was quite an expensive fix for us.
