Sarah this autoimmune /neurological disease would be best to see a Dr. at a University or teaching hospital I say this because my daughter has a rare brain/autoimmune system disease and saw neurologists across the country she lives in Michigan and finally called Wayne States School of medicine Detroit Medical Center and they have helped her tremendously she is seeing Dr. Kamholz he is wonderful
