Don't be the person who just wrecked an exotic in Vegas lol.

It will be hard, maybe even impossible, to find a manual exotic to rent. They usually stick with automatics so tourists don't wreck the gear box.

I work for Dreamracing.com A racing school that lets you drive exotic cars on track, rather than driving around town for 75 miles or so. We have an absolutely awesome program, so if you're looking for something like that, we're your people. Cheers!

Be careful that your getting your values worth in Vegas. Make sure you are not just comparing prices but, compare prices relative to quality of cars and not just the model of the cars. Vegas has a history of high milage glued together cars. check out www.gothamdreamcars.com might not be the cheapest but you'll get what you pay for. We move a lot of cars around Vegas, LA, SFO, and scottsdale market but r8, 458, gallardo are all pretty staple cars to be in Vegas. Also 99% of companies dont offer manual cars because 8/10 clients dont know how to drive manual. Of the 20 percent who do, 10% suck at it and crash the cars.

I have heard that even in Vegas the price isn't very palatable. If you find one I'd love to know.

I tried that exotics rental business that lets you race any choice of exotic around the Las Vegas speedway. It was a tad expensive. I paid $300 for 5 laps in a Nissan GTR and $350 for 5 Laps in a Ferrari 430 Scuderia. The experience itself was a disappointment. They place an instructor in the car with you which I totally understand, but what really chapped my ass was I was not allowed to go WOT all the way to redline. I was mandated that I shift at 5000 rpms in BOTH the Nissan and Ferrari. ARE YOU FUCKNG KIDDING ME for $650 I should be able to let both of those cars scream. I left extremely disappointed and everyone that I encounter I tell them this story. Worst Rip off in Vegas. You would be better off doing the ride along with their "pro drifter" in their Z06 for $99. That I would reccomend because this guy FLIES around corners in a 2008 Z06: shredding rubber, creating smoke, and making that LS7 HOWL around the track. It was sad because they had an awesome list of cars there. I did this back in 2011, and at the time they had a Aventador, Porsche 911 Turbo, GTR, Gallardo, Ferrari 360 and 430 Scuderia, and a few others. Shame they don't let you wail on them.
Let me know if you have any more questions.

My mate had to pay a $2500 fine for over reving the car. He hired a Lamborghini Gallardo superleggera from Vegas luxury rides while we were there for a bachelor party from Australia. We all went in with the intention of hiring 4 supercars but once we found out the rules, all but one of us decided to go ahead. The rules were no RPMs over 6k and a 55mph limit. They inforced this by plugging a device into the car once you return it and checking the history. A 6k RPM limit is stupid and means that there is no way to have fun with the car at all.
My mate dropped down a gear (paddle shift superleggera) a bit too early which caused the engine to shift to 2nd gear at 8k RPM. We got back after 4 hours, they plugged in and saw the shift drop. $2.5k credit card charge right there. Fucking bullshit. I recommend going to a track and hiring a car from there. Much more fun.

I went to SWA website and they listed Payless and others. Payless is $12.77/day - EZ Rent-a-Car $15.55/day and then they have Alamo, Enterprise, Thirfty etc. for $41-$46/day. National is $57/day. Why such a big difference in prices? Are the named rentals that much better?
