Anyone have recommendations for caterers? We are looking at having about 250-300 people at the Boulder City golf course. I'm thinking buffet style for that many people

I'm looking for a Las Vegas golf course to blow me away on my 21st, any suggestions? I'm leaving for Las Vegas for my "cake day" coming up soon and I need a golf course...

Are you sure it's a golf course you are looking for?

The best of the best are well over $100 but check out Paiute, three great courses. The Wolf is the signature but you won't be disappointed at the other two. I think I enjoyed the Sun/Snow (forget which one I played) more than the wolf. They have an island par three, its awesome, completely surrounded by water from the reserve.

Rio Secco

Drive out to Wolf Creek.

You're going to Vegas with a 100$ golf budget and expect to be blown away? Granted there are number of courses mentioned already, Secco (great views), Desert Pines (fun course), but if you want to be blown away look into Cascata or Shadow creek. You'll be treated like royalty. You'll go home poor but you will have a smile on your face.

Only golfed there once, was in October at Desert Pines. Not the most challenging of courses, no forced carries over hazards but there are a couple of really tight driving holes and lots of undulating fairways. Went there with my cousin who is a newby to golf, thats why we chose this course over harder ones. About 10-15 minutes from the strip and the scenery was great.
UPSguy replied:
Spanish Trail or Rio Secco. Spanish Trail is pretty close to the strip, and only lets a few public groups out every day. Rio Secco is about 20 mins from the Strip but it gives you the best views of the Vegas valley and is a great course.

Paiute as well - what a fantastic facility with awesome golf

cascata is probably one of the best in the city, but if you only have $100 i'd go to wolf. you may be able to get something on bear's best.

Isn't Wolf Creek in that area? I mean, I've played it on Tiger and it's pretty bad ass.
We are getting married in Caesars palace Venus gardens in may next year. Just wondering has anyone got married here any pictures ? Anything you were not happy with?...
