Yeah, Biofreeze is mostly menthol, which just numbs rather than helps to reduce inflammation & heal. Deep Blue has to be ordered, but usually comes in within a few days. They have an oil or the oil rub (lotion). Give me a call if you're interested in getting some. 404-933-8906

Melvin I'm having similar problems. I go to Dr Ray Alexander at Whole Life on Riverside in Lawrenceville. They have a massage therapist I see as well. They know me well. I can tell them what works and if something isn't but I have to use ice packs for 40+ minutes 3 x a day. It takes the swelling of the muscle down around the nerves. His wife Paula works in his office and I worked with her at Kodak. Small world. Praying for you.

Make sure to do some research. I've never heard of Chiropractic as anything more than pseudo-science up there with homeopathy and other "alternative" medical practices. And considering that you're letting someone play with your spine, I'd lean to the safe, skeptical side... http://www.chirobase.org/01General/skeptic.html
