Go online to pharmacy checker.com.....had the same with my sons insurance. You have to make sure the meds you need are available and that they have the checks beside them that say they have been approved....

LowestMed.com, GoodRX.com & BlinkHealth.com are all great pharmacy discount websites. Try a grocery store pharmacy (Publix or Kroger) as their RX prices are usually much lower than stand-alone pharmacies.

Check with the manufacturer to see if they have a copay assistance program. Also appeal your insurances decision. Also check with pparx.org for assistance with meds.

I go to Mt. Juliet Family care and absolutely LOVE Andrea. She's a nurse practitioner and takes her time with me. I'm always in and out quickly. Love they also take you as a walk in when your sick.

I think good doctors that have been in business as long as Dr Jantz has been are in high demand. A good restaurant has a wait and is very busy. There may be a reason another onendown the road has no waiting. Good luck to you regardless of what you choose.

This is in MJ but Dr. Katherine Jones' office is wonderful. I've seen her a couple of times and she's great. Mainly see FNPs but the entire staff is wonderful and give exceptional customer service and care. They always answer and have squeezed me in for appointments that they didn't even have available when in a dire need.

Have you thought to bring your concerns to Dr. Jantz? He may not know his staff is not up to par and HIPPAA violations need to be brought to his and his office manager's attention.

The only one who can effect change is Dr. Jantz - he hired the office manager. If you talk to him and nothing changes you are totally just in dropping as MD.

You can’t go to Rite Aid since they now have Walgreens pharmacies in them according to a radio ad I recently heard.

Dr. Katherine Jones is the best! I found her and she is the best. Took me 5 years to find a doctor with a background in endocrinology that helped her patients. I absolutely adore her.

Providence Publix - they are absolutely, positively the best! And that seems to be the case with other Publix Pharmacies. I'm a real cheapo and have had the chance to switch to other pharmacies for quite a lot in gift cards, and haven't because I think so highly of Publix's customer service.

Walgreens in providence is Awesome! They stock medicine my kids use monthly. I have had multiple surgeries recently and pharmacists even asked my husband other day how I was doing. They always do their best to have it ready for us in timely manner. Needless to say their staff is great. We moved from Providence to other area still drive over just for meds When 1st moved to providence we tried using Kroger so could get fuel points, but when they were constantly running out monthly of my kids meds and one script even refused to fill. I went to Walgreens right next door and said we will come every month of can get keep these meds in stock for my children they looked at me crazy like I was crazy, I explained my experience with providence Kroger and said no problem. That was right at 3 years ago switched! And we pass by a few Walgreens daily and have closer Kroger and still love Providence Walgreens for our family meds!
