Juridisch Advies at the back Side of the centraal station, there you will have a talk with someone and can arrange an appointment (if you don't have high incomes) with a lawyer for an advice very cheap! . At least he ll tell you if you have a chance to stand for ! I went to a lawyer via the juridisch Advies and won against my ex landlord that kept me my deposit for no real reason - just because he thought he could cause I'm one more expat!) Give it a try!
