Does anybody know about a "Fast Food Anonymous" group I could join? I had such a hankering for a "mushroom and swiss wrap" that I set out for McDonald's at rush hour!...

Regarding fast foods-it's been proven that the chemicals in them are addictive: http://www.thatsfit.com/2010/03/30/fast-food-is-like-heroin-studies-find/
Can anyone recommend a good vet in Camp Hill, Lemoyne, Mechanicsburg? We have been to Winding Hill and also Good Hope. Didn't like either one.

I go to kindred spirit in carlisle. Its on trindle road on this side of carlisle. They are great and alot cheaper than silver spring vet clinic where we previously were. The doctors are both women and they have one of the trauma vets come in from Rossmoyne Animal hospital as well. We have been very happy with them. Its a low tech place but they know what they are doing and wont hesitate to send you where care is needed if necessary. Our dog needed some surgery. Silver Spring wanted $600. Kindred spirit only charged $300. And we felt he received great care. We see Dr.Do and she is amazing, caring and compassionate.
