Also we do Timberline 30,40,50 shingles and we offer lifetime warranties because we are a masterelite contractor so our labor and material warranty is through manufacturer. Which most contractors have to honer their own warranty so if the contractor go es out of business in 5 years then you don't really have a labor warranty. (Just thought I'd mention that.) I recommend staying away from shake shingles. Tile can get expensive. I have priced shopped for clients and have found Cordray Roofing the best. I will send their contact information. I will get the contact information of a termite inspector also.

I would avoid Braden Roofing. My landlord hired them to fix a leak. They failed.

Ask your insurance agent. They will have good roofers with much better rates than you'll get going about it on your own. You may also get a roof for your deductable as many homeowners policies cover roof replacement.
