http://www.cakesbyrita.net She did my wedding cake. It was delicious. It was actually a 4 tier cake but she put the top tier in a box for us for our one year anniversary. Each layer is a different flavor. She also met with us and let us taste her cakes and icings. She had photo albums with I couldn't tell you how many pictures so you could get an idea of her work. You want be disappointed, I promise.
