I have a Samsung fridge kept freezing over. I found a guy thay works on all Samsung appliance. Local places won't work on Samsung at least that is what i was told. He was very helpful and price was very reasonable. Samsung charges 100.00 just to diagnose the problem. You can pm me if you want his contact info.

Mike I have used Leominster Appliance for many years. Their business has gone through a bit of a transition in recent months. I think Joe and John are the best but they are usually a week or more out on service calls. Steve's Appliance is great. He is a one man shop (plus his son at times) and is very responsive. I think he is your best bet.
