OK, I know this is an extremely morbid subject, but does anyone have a recommendation for a lawyer who specializes in wills? My husband and I need one written up!

I've used Dean Valliere for years, for everything. >>>Dean does work in family/ civil law, including; Tax Preparation, Bankrupcy, Wills, Power of Attorney, Divorce, Real Estate, and more. Located at: 1232 Main Street Leominster Massachusetts 01453 Phone: 978 534 4637 Fax: 978 534 8052
Before you spend $$$ on a lawyer you may get some help through the state if he is MA licensed & insured. Look around on mass.gov to see if you can find anything.

If you are choosing for yourself find a good one as most judges favor the mothers even when they are complete douchbag a and just use the kids for money. Good luck to you. I used David Bodanza.

Agreed Julie. That's all this one is doing. My kids deserve better than that. And she just hurts them. So it's time now

My husband was in a very similar wreck five years ago and fractured three vertebrae. He hired the Kiley Law Firm near Boston and they helped him win a great settlement.
Lindsey E. replied:
I had something similar. Most attorneys will work for personal injury and take their cut when u get paid. I used Timothy Murphy from Leominster. He handled everything and i got a nice little settlement out of the deal too. Good luck Andrew.
Sharon B. replied:
Good luck with trying to get ANY lawyer to quickly resolve your claim..it's been over a year for me I was rear-ended while at a stop sign AND t-boned as I was hit so hard it flew my van 10 ft. had injuries and still NOTHING you call them and they keep saying "Were still working on it..these things take time anywhere 1-4 years!WTF already!
Erin B. replied:
Andrew: 1. Delete this post as soon as possible as it is a public forum. 2. If you do have injuries, no settlement will be offered until you are 100% cleared medically. 3. If your accident was a few days ago, there is no way it can be settled yet. 4. Go to avvo.com and search for a reputable attorney if you feel that's what you need.
Eddie A. replied:
I was rear ended 2 years ago. I used Jason Stone lawyers. They dont charge unless they get you money. They were awesome. They contacted the ins Co for me, got all my med bills paid plus a chiropractor and massage therapist, plus I got $12,000 and I was only in mild pain for a few months
I know I asked this before and some bashed me which is fine but I am looking for a personal injury attorney that does not have any upfront costs and would only charge me...
Lindsey E. replied:
Tim Murphy behind Papa John's. He handled mine after car accident.
Angela C. replied:
I've never heard of a personal injury attorney that charged upfront. Call John O'Neill Jr. In Chelmsford. He's great. Will meet you anywhere so don't be worried about location.
