Jones Roofing had horrendous customer service (the son basically told me to f off) when I asked them to come and look at a problem with the new roof they put on our home. They did not honor their warranty agreement and instead told me that I personally had to go to the shingle supplier for compensation. Never got a penny for a bad roofing job. Run, don't walk from them.
