I love Stephan & Co in Rehoboth. Kathi is my stylist, consistant, patient and good at her job. I went to the salon first and had an eyebrow wax but arrived for the appointment early mostly to observe the clients as they turned over. Everyone left with a great cut that looks good on them. Modern but appropriate for them. I booked a cut that day but the owner Stephen happened to be at the desk. I said I was new to the area and was looking for a new stylist. He suggested Kathi as she is very adept at the long layered look I prefer. Asking the owner who would do well for you for a future appointment is a good plan. He or she wont be tempted to give you to someone who is available instead of the best stylist for the job. Getting a good haircut is a stressful thing. You might as well do some research on who is going to work the best for you. I have also heard great things about Bad Hair Day too. My friends who go there look great. Neither place is inexpensive but if you get a cheap cut and feel miserable for the next 6 weeks is it a bargain?
