I would suggest the SMU Dispute Resolution clinic. There is a 100.00 fee to reserve a date but otherwise the major work is done by graduate interns supervised by our faculty( who include family lawyers), as well as volunteer graduate alumni who do thi s kind of work full time. Legally binding agreements are made- including divorce and family matters. 972-473-3486The clinic re-opens with graduate school returning on Jan 5.

Irene, get in touch with Amber Rodgers with DIVAS, it's a Divorce help and support group. They have many people within the organization to help you. You should be able to search her on FB. Best of luck.

Our family lives in FM and 3/4 of of have wheat allergy. Ditto on what Janet Longmore said. The closest gf bakery is Local Bakery in Carrollton. If we weren't gf, we'd buy a heap of stuff from you. That doesn't help you now, but perhaps down the line..?

well luckily for your husband, possession is 9/10 of the law... including debt. Shelly Cooper, in NRH, is a great lawyer (not sure she can reduce her rate) and let us pay in payments for some legal matters we had in family court. Her assistant is Mary and they are both wonderful women!
Looking for a fabulous lawyer in Lewisville or Flower Mound who does estate planning. I'm thinking it's time to do a will now that we have a kid. I've done Google...

I recently used John Cosenza Used to be in FM, but is in Southlake now. He came to meet me on a Sunday and was reasonable in rates. Cosenzalaw@gmail.com. I had checked with Stokes also, but the rates were higher.
