Chiropractor recommendations I was in a pretty serious car wreck about four years ago and at the time didn’t really understand the severity of damage done to my neck...

I would recommend seeing a physical therapist. KORT does good work in my experience.

If you want to make sure everything is done right, having up to date X-rays taken by medical professionals before you let a chiropractor (not a medical professional) manipulate your spine sounds like the right decision. (That first sentence is pretty cluttered. It may be easier for people to read if you unpack it, remove tangential information, and so on.)

I would really recommend paying a visit to Integrated Medical Solutions. They’re a team of doctors who specialize in accidents. I’m going currently for an accident I was in back in February. They provide pretty much anything in-house, MRI, physical therapy, massage (though I wouldn’t recommend the physical therapist — but they’ll give you the prescription and let you go elsewhere too). They’ve been really great to me.

I would (almost) never recommend seeing a chiropractor over a licensed medical professional such as a physical therapist. Unless they are properly trained, which they don't have to be, they can do a lot of damage. Also, most of the time they only temporarily cure symptoms to keep you coming back and giving them more money so they can "cure" you again. https://www.reddit.com/r/youtubehaiku/comments/8 uf3 jt/haiku_chiropractic_care/?st=JIYJ91N3&sh=a61 b3230

We love Pain and Wellness on Pasadena (Dr Barrett). He does in house x-rays, 2 massage therapists, extremely friendly front desk. There is also an MD a couple days a week.

Ive had good experience with Pelphrey off Wellington and Clay's Mill. Before he does anything he'll get x-rays of your problem areas and sends them off to Lexington Diagnostic to have a Radiologist read the x-rays. He's good at interpreting the results, but it was an extra comfort knowing for $25 I'll get a second board certified doc reviewing my films. Flexible scheduling. Nice staff. Understanding if you need to reschedule. And the plans are competive pricing for the other chiros in town.

I grew up in a family chiropractors(4). Always see a chiropractor immediately after a car wreck, even if you feel fine. More damage has definitely been done over the years by not going. When I am not getting treated by a family member, I go to Triple Crown Chiropractic in Hamburg. Dr.Jenny and Dr. Matt are amazing people and know their stuff. You will def need an xray to see to check your current state.

Pelton Chiropractic on Winchester Road. Super funny guy, knows his stuff and seems extremely honest. Let me know all of what my options were, even saying my problem would go away naturally with time, just that he could expedite the process.
