I hired Ashley at Wink Pdx to do my makeup and hair next fall on the coast - she's very reasonable and very sweet!

Another option is The Pelican Pub in Pacific City. The view is one of a kind and the reception room is steps away from the sand (literally) and you can still have the view to enjoy from the inside! As for a stylist you should call Shear Bliss Salon. They are in Tillamook so not that far to travel and I know their make-up artists do Lincoln City weddings often.
