Chicago electric makes these breakers, you can order it off amazon all day. Or you could get a new sub panel and come off that 100 amp breaker with another 10 gauge wire. Pretty easy fix either way. Not per code, but that zinsco crap isn’t code any longer either, so anything you do will be an improvement
