Tough time a year to diet…I suggest keep exercising three to four days a week. Then Weight Watchers in March..lol

Thanks Gail. I did Weight Watchers years ago and it is good and I think I'm a lifetime member. I think I'll look into it for February 1 st. I also had a great Dietician/Nutritionist that I may look up again. It's getting harder to control the "comfort" eating in the winter.

try weight watchers and www.my fitness pal.com -the quick start if you eat and like all the foods - takes time to think out - the other one is making sure you only eat the calories you are allowed and not go over- it's helping me so I do both!
