Can anyone tell me if there are any pubs/restaurants in or around Linlithgow, that serve vegan dishes on their menu? Thanks in advance
Laurens M. replied:
There's actually a (currently very small!) Vegan Linlithgow group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1471080882919423/) that has some useful tips on it, you'd be welcome to ask to join I should think. Four Marys is usually where I go, it has allergen/vegan suitability information on its menu page (http://www.fourmarys-linlithgow.co.uk/menu and check the main menu info link). Oddly the main menu option I'd always assumed was vegan (the red curry) isn't listed as suitable for vegans, but doesn't have milk or egg in it, so not quite sure what that means. And yeah, as others have said, From Italy to Scotland does a vegan cheese pizza.
