I'd check out Smilebuilders. My wife and I have been going there for a little over 2 years now, no complaints. Evening and weekend hours, and I'm pretty sure they've got a number of payment options, but we've got dental through her work, so I'm not entirely sure.

Healthy Smiles on Centerville Rd. is pretty good. I hate dental work but had a lot of work done through them, some extensive, and it was painless.

My wife and I have used[ Carano Dental Group](http://www.caranodentalgroup.com/) in Bridgeport for years. They're fantastic.

I use [Dr. Henny](http://www.drhennydentist.com/) up on Lititz Pike. He's the only dentist I know that cleans your teeth himself rather than having a hygienist do it. He's even open evenings M-R and then closed on Fridays. Then again, I've never really had any substantive dental work done, so that's about all I can speak to personally.

I can happily recommend [Matthew Freedman](http://lancasterdentist.com/Home.html) in Lancaster city, [Heather Larrimore](http://www.larrimoredentistry.com/) in Ephrata, and [Ron Reinmiller](http://drreinmiller.com/) in Landisville. All three are good people and match the qualifications you're looking for. Best of luck!

I've heard good things about Smilebuilders. My family dentist is Dr. Funk at [Cocalico Dental.](http://www.cocalicodental.com/)
I need to get over this fear of dentist and get this oral surgeon to get in there and finish his work. I am in a lot of pain. I will call on Monday and get in there asap.
