I'm interested in looking into acupuncture in the Little Rock / Bryant area. Do any of you from around here have experience with this? Any recommendations? Insurance...

Dr. Ed Engelhoven did acupuncture when I had a migraine & it was fabulous! He's in Sherwood & office visits are $30 for chiropractic visits. Not sure if acupuncture is the same price, though.

There is one in a PT and chiropractic clinic on North University, Family Care, maybe.

Martin Eisele at Evergreen Acupuncture. Has made a huge difference!

I saw Dr. Lei a few years ago. Really liked it. http://www.littlerockacupuncture.com/. I'm not sure about costs, but I think it was about $95 when I went.

Karen Konarski Hart in Hillcrest. She's a chiropractor and does acupuncture too. Has a great reputation.
Janet H. replied:
I've been seeing Michelle Joblin in LR....she's great. $125 first visit and $75 thereafter. My co-pay for a specialist is $70 so it's not much of a difference.
Diane K. replied:
Accupuncture is fabulous. Michael Ranft is my doctor and he also has a practice on Kavanaugh. He was $100 first visit and $50 after. Might have gone up, not sure. He is really into total body treatment. Also a music lover.

Martin Eisele is the only one I've seen and I like him. I need to go back!
