N, my niece had plagiocephaly. It was discovered when she was about 3 months old and at 4 months old she started to wear a helmet, she wore the helmet for 6 months and completely cured it. N - get a special pillow that takes pressure off when sleeping or in pram. that's the best thing I did and just wish i'd done it sooner. I had many a sleepless night over this issue and can barely notice now at 4 years of age. Also did physio. http://www.babysafepillows.com.au/ I used he Mimos pillow and bought it off eBay.

N. We went to physio to assess if our bub was turning his hesd to both sides well and that all his muscles were working correctly, they sent us home with techniques to encourage turning head to the opposite side etc, we didn't find this effective so we took our son to the chiro, it was a big difference. Jonathan from Langer Chiro in Subi is great with kids.
