My garage of choice is usually Croft clutch and mot on Vauxhall road. Or, Wheel Alignment & Ball Joint Centre Ltd in Bootle (near bank hall) I like them, pretty good and nice people

Literally any tyre place. It's a simple operation that you can even do yourself. They just ream the puncture with a small rat tail rasp and stuff a self sealing plug in it. No need to even remove the tyre from the rim. 5-10 quid most places.
