We arranged for South Wales Slate and tile roof maintenance to clear our gutters (which did not seem to have been touched since is was built 11 years ago) 3 storey town house so needed high ladders. It cost £75.00 but comes with a contract for no future call out charges labour or materials costs and a free emergency call out service for 12 months. The whole package was £75.00 a year (though it may be less for 2 storey homes). They are from Penygraig and landline is 01443 422421
