The problem you have is that most NHS dentists don't have much time frame in each appointment. Your best booking with a private one or even go to an NHS and get a referral to the Heath dental hospital. Your first appointment they won't do anything but chart your teeth and give you a treatment plan. If your nervous ask to be referred to hospital as they can give you a lot more in regards to calming you xxx
