LISD's "Sunsational Summer" day camp is great! It's also affordable, you can add on swim lessons, they go to the library almost daily, and the counsellors are also verified and back ground checked. https://www.facebook.com/144046652384122 Calico Crossing also has a Summer sewing camp for her age group that is fantastic!

A small world has been awesome with my daughter. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. When looking for a day care it's best to look at this website www.dfps.state.tx.us Look at that website and search a daycare you are interested in and make the decision based on that. there's a lot of day cares here in Lockhart that have a list of violations. Some I don't even know why they are still allowed to be open.

If you work for the school district, the Cub House is phenomenal. If not, I'd go with Little Lions. My child has never gone there, but I've dealt with Rhonda in another aspect related to her daycare, and seen how much she cares for her students.

There is a music class for the younger ones in town. I think they hold it at the DCU downtown. They use the Music Together curriculum. I think you can google it. The teachers name is Mrs. Petra.
