London and country every time. A lot of brokers only deal with a panel of lenders to suit them, ie, the lenders that give them the best kick back whereas L&C genuinely deal with every single lender out there and they won't charge you for the privilege . If you ask Belgarum to recommend you, all their clients get a free insurance policy which would enable you to claim back your fees should the sale fall through. 01962844460. Good luck.
