I would suggest Meadowview Apartments (formerly Archstone Apartments), but since the retaining wall holding up our parking lot collapsed into a canal yesterday it is no longer pseudo ghetto, but has now come of age and is the real deal. j/k...it's actually not too bad and it's dirt cheap, but I'm not sure about availability.
