For the construction work, I recommend Royal builders of St. Charles, Il. You can reach them at 630-514-7702. Ask for Mr. James Webb. And for a home inspector, there's none better then Morgenroth's Home Inspections. We have used Dave at least 3 times, and he has saved us thousands on home purchase 's. His number is 630-926-3262. All very professional.
