The only tines I had to have it was once with a script from my doctor during the pregnancy and then again after Kensi's birth since we weren't compatible with our blood types. But I delivered in the hospital, so I'm not sure how that would work if you deliver at home? I didn't have to call or ask since the doctor had my blood type and as soon as they saw Kensi's as well they just ordered the Rhogam. My sister John N Melissa Tilley, did home deliveries and might know how her midwife got Rhogam shots.
