Agree with Cindy & also recommend The Garage Door Doctor. This happened to us last year. Hubby called others in the area first, one was a no show a few others didn't return calls or couldn't come out. GDD was expedient on short notice, professional, honest & best of all reasonable. Job was done in short order considering this is very common. They were recommended to us by a friend who is a builder in the area. Good Luck!
