Have you tried looking on Zocdoc? I think some therapists at [Savant Care](https://www.savantcare.com/) in South Bay do CBT.

[Jonah Lakin at San Mateo CBT Clinic](https://sanmateocbtclinic.com/) is really great. He used to practice in Walnut Creek and fortunately/unfortunately moved his practice to San Mateo about a year ago. If you're willing to go there, I highly recommend him. Otherwise you could also check out his former practice [East Bay Behavior Therapy Center](http://eastbaybehaviortherapycenter.com/) in Walnut Creek... These are the two that come to mind.

The bay area has a serious lack of qualified mental health professionals. And even fewer of them that take insurance. I found my last therapist on Psychology Today. You could also try betterhelp.com or talkspace.com. I had good luck with betterhelp, but decided I like seeing someone in person.
