Let's trust that the moxibustion and/or chiro works IF the baby is meant to come head first. Encourage her to believe in her body's wisdom. If she has a supportive midwife, why are we freaking out looking for an OB? I've witnessed very large babies come frank breech -- once with a placenta seconds behind babe. Meaning: the cord was short and the ONLY safe way baby could be born was bum first!! Once the head delivered, the cord yanked the placenta out immediately after. (PS: Dr. Fischbein is GREAT, but in the LA area of CA!!)
Deborah M. replied:
Dr Stuart Fischbein? I don't remember where he is though.

We are so so so lucky to have a a few amazing family practice through the county system that take medi-cal. Dr Lisa Solinas is amazing . Amazing is an understatement. As well as Dr. Jimmy Byun and Dr. Donaldson. Their wait times can be frustrating but they are worth it. If an intervention is recommended I wouldn't second guess their opinions. They trust birth and are supportive of out of hospital births, too.
