A while ago I asked for references to assisted living places. We ended up picking Sunrise and my mother moved in yesterday. We really liked it though she is not happy....
Anne W. replied:
Please call Hammond and Hammond in Chatsworth or Duggan Property Management in Porter Ranch, both great companies, let them know I referred you and they will take care of you...Anne Weaver Rodeo Realty. I hope your mom gets adjusted better to the change.

I could assist you with the property management. I handle everything from open houses, getting applications processed, running credit checks, lease agreements, collection of rent, and all notices. I currently have 3 houses, and one apartment building that I manage in Van Nuys, that are near your mom's home. Please let me know if I could assist you. I have 15 years experience, and have managed 400 units in a single year. www.818PM.com

Can anyone recommend a good property management company for the downtown area? We have purchased a home on Tradd Street which we will use mainly in the Spring and Fall. ...
rugbyguy5 replied:
not carolina one apparently...
jurcakjoe replied:
Tradd Street is a beautiful street and is probably a historic home. I recommend my clients go with managers who fit the demographic. For instance, if you buy a beach home, I would recommend a beach rental company. Since you purchased a home in the historic area, I would recommend a management firm that reps historic homes and the downtown area. Let me know if you would like any recommendations.

My HOA is managed by Ravenel Associates and they've been great. We previously used ACMS and they were absolutely miserable.

We're moving today from a house we leased from RentCharleston for the past year. As a tenant I thought they were good to work with it. I think most of what they manage is college rentals downtown.
