Might not be much of a recommendation, but try calling some local Armenian private schools. Sometimes they'll have teachers or know organizations which specifically to assist people in speech therapy who might have private hours to work with clients.

Go to CSUN, they have a speech therapy department and they have Armenian students who do this all the time. https://www.csun.edu/health-human-development/communication-disorders-sciences
