Is it blowing gas, or air? If gas, and you can smell it, call the Gas Co ASAP. If it's just blowing air, and not gas.....check your earthquake gas shut off valve (if you have one). Something could have bumped it, and closed the line. Very easy to reset if that's the problem

Tank less systems need to maintained to function well. If you have checked all connections and you can't find a reason for the problem...Fisher Plumbing is a good reliable company, not sure if the take of tankless systems but they might be able to refer you if they dont.
