Hi. I am the owner of Professional Carpet system. We are Local and family owned. We use hot water extraction technique as that is the most recommended technique by most carpet manufacturers. We are well known for the most thorough cleaning and if needed we do use our rotary extractor as well for more restorative cleaning. It will take as longer to clean but the outcome is worth it. My husband and also the owner of PCS has been evolved in cleaning and restoration business for over 20 years and is the expert to go to. Heavens Best uses a dry clean approach and as a house cleaning business owner I see a difference and they truly are the best have have reasonable prices. Nesheims is good but charge almost double for the okay cleaning.
