I've used Jim and Daves and been pleased, they are prompt and professional. However my experience is that frequently the cost to repair house appliances is usually nearing the cost of getting a new one. Whatever you do avoid Bobby's Appliances, he advertises on Craigslist, I had a terrible experience with him. Basically the washer he sold me failed after 3 months and he didn't return my calls for over a week until after I got another place to come inspect it. It was a junk washer and I ended up buying a new one to replace it.
Does anyone have a recommendation for appliance repair or a handyman? We have an oven that needs some attention. Thanks!
