Douglas R. Kvachkoff in Crown Point, he does mainly real estate law. He is very good, level headed. Very nice to work with.

If you are looking for an attorney in Lowell I recommend Paul Rossi or Rick Zunica for real estate!
Has anyone used lawyer for landlord/tenant issues? Recommendations besides straight to small claims court? Thanks.
Staci B. replied:
no but you won't find many. They are out there but unless you have a good case built against the landlord(if you are the tenant) you probably won't find much help. Lake County is a very "landlord" favoring county. This is just info from my experience. Sorry and good luck

Jonathan Peterson $480 out on 2 weeks but he's very arrogant and hard to take at times!
Deborah M. replied:
Channing Chandler ..you don't need an attorney to represent you. Small claims court should have forms to fill out. I am a landlord & you should sue them.
Kevin B. replied:
Paul Rossi...AVOID ! As far as Small Claims..If you dont have before/after pics..you will not win period..
